Ruturaj Regency is a hospitality project conceived to deliver a refined guest experience within a considered architectural framework. The property comprises 35 deluxe rooms and suites, a fine dining restaurant, and a mini banquet each space designed with a minimalist contemporary language that creates a calm, composed ambiance throughout.

OUR CORE APPROACH
The finest hospitality begins before the guest enters. It begins in the facade, the threshold, and the quality of every surface they encounter.
The elevation introduces a plain vertical facade interrupted by a terracotta jali screen — a material and pattern reference that grounds the building in its regional context while giving the facade a layered, textural depth. The jali filters light across the surface throughout the day, creating a building that reads differently at dawn, noon, and dusk.
