The structure is oriented to command its site while remaining sensitive to its natural surroundings. The classical colonnaded entrance establishes a formal threshold, drawing visitors through a considered sequence of arrival, reception, and private retreat. Each wing of the residence is planned to serve a distinct function while remaining spatially connected through shared courts and circulation.
