Project Overview
The Jadhav and Sons Riverfront Resort is a 6-acre hospitality campus at Pimpalgaon, Nashik, sited along the Delhi–Mumbai Highway at the edge of the river. The project brings together a mega food court, banquet hall, fine-dine restaurant, themed outdoor dining, rooftop lounge, cottages, lodging, and leisure spaces within a single integrated architectural vision. Every space is oriented toward the river, with privacy, view, and experience calibrated across each programme. The food court — designed through a bold parametric roof form — serves as the visual centerpiece of the campus and as a landmark on the highway. This is a project where architecture, scale, and hospitality experience are developed as one system.
Every space on this campus faces the river. The architecture faces the highway. Both conditions are resolved in the same design.

OUR CORE APPROACH
A highway landmark. A riverfront destination. One architectural system that holds both.
The parametric food court roof is the structural and visual anchor of the entire campus. Its curved, free form geometry assembled through a bamboo scaffolding framework of considerable scale and complexity produces a form that is immediately legible from the highway while remaining tied to the organic character of the riverfront landscape it sits within. The roof is not decorative geometry; it is the primary spatial enclosure of the food court below, and its aerodynamic profile is a direct response to the open, exposed nature of the site.
